While it does have some gotchas that will eventually be worked out, think of the iPhone as a business-class device in consumer electronics clothing. The iPhone becomes your mobile office extension and your favorite gadget for viewing streaming videos. These two functions are not mutually exclusive. In the world of Enterprise 2.0 and Contact Center 2.0, the iPhone has the multi-media chops for both supporting tighter collaboration between knowledge workers and giving consumers new ways to interact with businesses.
